A Carolina Snow Day

We do love our snow days. Growing up in Western Canada snow days were from November all the way through to March or April. Yes, it was always a long cold winter. Schools never closed, we would bundle up every day to walk, yes walk to school.

I think I like snow days here better.  Everything shuts down, it is not really that cold  and because I know that it will not last I go out and enjoy the day.

Here’s to snow day 2010!

So Sorry

What a way to start the 2010. For some reason this blog has come undone. Not sure what happened but the images are gone as well as the initial design.
I will be working on it during the next few weeks.

Carolina Paws

This year I was approached by my friend Michelle, about doing the photography for Carolina Paws. I was thrilled and from this I have met so many wonderful people and pets. I even helped foster a great dog named Drake who won our hearts and was able to be placed in a forever home along with his sister.
Thank you to all the volunteers at Carolina Paws for their hard work in taking animals in and finding them forever loving homes.
I would like to share some of my friends from 2009

the holidays will be here before we know it

Greeting everyone,
Halloween is over and soon the stores will be filled with the sights and sounds of Christmas.
It has been a busy summer and fall for me, both in business and in life.
I want to let everyone know of my holiday deadlines this year.

November is completely booked. I have no more session times available for Christmas cards or portraits.
All orders must be submitted by December 1 to ensure Christmas delivery.
I will be closing the office December 19 – January 3 for a much needed break and to spend quality time with my family.

A sweet baby boy ready for the holidays.

Happy Smiles

So far this has turned out to be a busy summer. I have met some wonderful new clients with such beautiful children. Like I said before I love my job. Where else would I be treated to such adorable smiles.

After a great early run this morning I came across many things that made me smile. Here are just a few.
Enjoy

Love this smile!
